Restore Premium access
If you purchased Premium on another device or your browser session expired, use Restore Access. You will need the purchase email and the numeric Order # shown on your Lemon Squeezy receipt.

Read the Refund Policy before submitting a request. For a refund request, provide the purchase email and Order #. Never send card numbers, passwords, or banking details.
Billing and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and annual subscriptions renew annually until cancelled. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles recurring payment processing, receipts, billing management, cancellation, and refunds through its customer-facing billing tools. Product-access questions should come to AI Interview Gym support.
Outcome survey
If you have completed the Zara interview after using the Gym, you can help us measure efficacy by submitting the optional post-interview outcome survey. No email is required.
